Disclosures

Comment Policy
This is a space of encouragement and love.  Anything offensive, unkind or any discouraging words written in any manner will be removed. I welcome any ideas from all readers but just ask that all comments be seasoned with grace and respect.  We are all learning and growing so let's make this a positive and welcoming space.
Disclosure Policy
In 2009, the Federal Trade Commission {FTC} revised their guidelinesregarding endorsements and testimonials in order to protect the public from any intentionally errant or misleading advertising that has been paid for by a group or company. Since this blog may be a source of income in the future (we are currently working towards that and will be clear when we are) and may occasionally incorporate endorsements or testimonials, we felt it was important to disclose the following to you, our readers:

  • The content of this blog may eventually become a source of income for us and therefore may be used to promote products, services, or other businesses.  Currently we are working behind the scene to begin this process.
  • We will only choose to promote products/services/businesses that we have, in fact, used and that we feel will be beneficial to our readers.
  • Products provided to us by our advertising partners for our review are given to us free of charge with no cost to ourselves. This does not ensure a positive review of the product in any way.
  • You can trust us. We will always give our genuine opinion about a product or service whether or not we are partnering with the service provider and/or receiving payment to do so.
  • Our number one priority is accuracy and fairness to our readers, and we would never compromise the truth just to make a buck. Ever.
  • Mentions of associated products/services/businesses within the content of our blog may or may not be noted as an affiliate in every reference.

I love and appreciate each of my readers and want to be honest and up front with each post that I write.  I desire this blog to be a place of encouragement for everyone and some content may be used to generate a small amount of compensation for us to be able to write, research and come up with all of the ideas presented here while helping to support our family.  Thank you for understanding how much time and work goes in to each post!
