Weekly Verse

We are winding down after several crazy days full of much love for our students and our graduating class in our youth group.  We are so blessed to work with and know so many wonderful young adults.  We know that God has awesome things in store for this class of 2011.

Here is the verse we are focusing on this week, come and join us!

By this all men will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.  John 13:35

Verse of the Week

The eyes of the LORD are on the righteous, and his ears are attentive to their cry - Psalm 34:15

This week's memory verse was inspired by our son Silas.  Our church had their baby dedication service today (let's just say Silas made sure everyone knew he was alive) and he was given this verse by our Pastor when thinking of the meaning of his name: from the forest of God's righteousness.  Justin seems to think his name meaning is pretty awesome and could be a lyric from a heavy metal song.  Either way, we would love for you to join us as we focus on this verse during our week and hide it in our hearts to grow deeper with our God.
